BIOGRAPHY
Thomas Murgatroyd is a Screenwriter / Director born in Stirling, Scotland and residing in Toronto, Canada. He graduated from the Film & Television Production Program in 2025. Thomas's love for film flourished when he watched Steven Spielberg's 'Jaws' for the first time when he was a child; since then, he has been hooked.
Thomas began taking classes in screenwriting and writing short films in high school. Thomas has written several produced short films, including Deliverance (2024) and his directorial debut "My Fighter" (2025). Thomas is incredibly excited to share his stories with the world and take the audience to a world outside of the ordinary, and move them.
